We can do parties from 1-300 people buffet style.
Whole hogs, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, sausage, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken and fish. Smoked, grilled or rotisserie.
Red potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, green salad, macaroni n cheese, corn bread. We make our own rubs and BBQ sauces and would be happy to supply you with those as well.
We can also do specialty menus, let's talk and see how we can make your event the best it can be.
