I am looking for a contractor (apparently its my job as a tenant) to remodel a bathroom. There is rot and its old etc. Pretty much a gut job. Hoping to find someone to do before the rain makes it impossible. Would definitely need a free estimate and the owner would probably pay over the phone via card. must be reasonable, affordable and reliable. Probably someone with lots of patience Anyone?
