I was a customer there for 5 years and recently went into my unit and noticed that everything was infested with rats all of my possessions ruined literally had to throw everything away for the most part. And I did call them and let them know and I also called the city to see what the laws were about rodents and when I spoke to the owner on the phone he was the rudest most inconsiderate person I think I've ever spoken to. I wasn't rude when I let him know about the rats I was merely going to ask if I could use their dumpster to dispose of all my belongings because I'm on a fixed income and didn't have money to go to the dump. And he started the phone conversation out horribly placing blame on me saying I brought the rodents with me and then proceeded to evict me from my storage unit which I was planning on moving from anyways and hung up on me. Customer service sucks their units have rats I literally paid 5 years of $130 every month for garbage not cool. Hope nobody else Falls for this it's cheap storage but it's not secure and your stuff will get ruined, Glacier West in Lyman is way better and actually a little bit cheaper and they're way more secure. And cleaner and they also have rodent bait boxes which township does not obviously. Do not recommend this place at all.
