Thank you for choosing Mira Vista Care Center. We’ve been providing post-acute care services to Skagit Valley since 1987.

Our focus is post-acute nursing care and rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is a crucial aspect of treatment for those who have been hospitalized because of an illness or injury and require additional skilled nursing care. This is often referred to as “ Post Acute Care”.

Our comprehensive rehabilitation program includes recreational, physical, occupational and speech therapists working with restorative nursing staff 24-hours a day.

We invest in continuing education for our staff, as well as new, innovative technology that facilitates efficient and effective care. With these advancements, our staff is able to devote their time and energy toward developing compassionate relationships with the people we serve.
