Serving our community for 35+ years, offering small group training, private training and classes. Our facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub & sauna. Independent workout areas feature Precor strength and cardio equipment and we have extensive free weights. Also available are swimming lessons, physical therapy w/partnering clinics and a playroom. We have established many long-term relationships in our community with partnering businesses to offer the best in health & wellness in the greater Arlington-Smokey Point area.
