I am highly disappointed with the services provided by this company. The quality of the work was completely subpar and did not align with what was initially promised. Despite being charged a premium price, the actual amount of work completed fell far short of our agreement. Furthermore, the customer service and follow-through were unacceptable. The owner/manager personally promised me on two separate occasions that he would come to our home to inspect the crew's work and address our concerns. He never showed up, nor did anyone from the company bother to make a follow-up call. This entire project was an overpriced mistake. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a reliable company that honors its commitments, communicates effectively, and delivers on its promises. We will never use their services again.
