Company Description

Do relationships stress you out? Are you lonely, angry, misunderstood, depressed, worried, and afraid? Have you lost your sense of purpose and worry that life is hopeless or out of control? Do you doubt the things that you once held sacred? Are you exhausted trying to juggle all of the obligations in your life? Have your friends, family, or coworkers noticed that your struggles are suffocating your capacity for joy? Are you ready to begin the work of making healthy changes and living an abundant life?

I believe that holistic healing happens in relationships. Our relationship with ourselves and others shapes how we think, feel, and act. Counseling provides the space to explore big issues and develop tools to grow and find joy. We will spend time understanding conflicts, examine past stories and behavior patterns to develop a road map for future success.

You have taken a courageous step to explore counseling. It is hard to prioritize mental health and I congratulate you for taking time to focus on wellness and healing. With 25 years of experience holding open, non-judgmental space for you to feel supported. I will listen, encourage, teach and empower you to embrace a life that you love.
